My Omron Pedometer and the Gym
It’s been over two weeks since I went to the gym but I started back today. I wore my Omron Pedometer, Model HJ-112. It is so light weight, I don’t even realize I have it on. When I read the reviews of others, the only complaint they had, was the clip used to hold it on your belt was faulty. I have been clipping it just to my pants since most of my clothes don’t have belts. It seems to hold quit snug. I believe Omron has improved this clip. It shows good companies listen to customers.
I was able to walk on the treadmill for an hour and 10 minutes. This equaled 500 calories to my weight loss. My Omron pedometer showed I walked 8520 aerobic steps. I am determined to make my 10,000 steps at least 5 days a week. I go a cramp in the muscle above my right knee and my right hip was also aching. I tried to do the rowing machine but my leg hurt too much. I called it a day and came home.
I’ve drank 20 ounces of Dasani lemon flavored water. There are zero calories and zero carbs in it. It has a great flavor and doesn’t leave an after taste in your mouth. It is quite refreshing.
It’s time to make some green tea and plan out my day. I’m going to write in my journal as soon as I log off here so I don’t forget. It’s just too easy to say……….LATER!!
