Another late night

Here it is 3:30 am and I'm still up. I figured this would happen. I fell asleep on the couch about 8 and slept until 9:30 tonight. I do this way too often. It always takes me a few days to get back to a normal sleep.

I'm yawning and hungry right now...what a combination. I'm going to try going to sleep before I start feeding my face.
