No Sugar Diet

So I normally eat way way way too much sugar.

I give my roommate shit for smoking, citing that it is a sign of mental weakness. That probably sounds arrogent or naive, but if you don't enjoy something any longer and it costs money for nothing but a negative experience then why not stop?

I got thinking about it a bit, and I am way overweight. One of the largest contributors to that is eating a ton of sugar. Now I am not eating sweat and low or other fake sugars, I just decided to stop eating foods that were primarily composed of sugar.

About a week ago I stopped my chocolate / sugar binge and think I have already lost about 4 pounds in a week.

Eventually I will enjoy a candy bar again on occassion, but hopefully not until I weigh less than 200 pounds.

Clothes are Gross

So my mom still tells me today that being naked is gross. I am 25. WTF is that.

I do not think people should be ashamed of their bodies. What good does that do for anyone?

I am spining my mom's theory. Instead of being naked being gross I now am going to live by the philosophy that clothes are gross.

Clothes are what allow people to nearly shamelessly not excercise and eat like a pig. Usually fat people wear clothes that are large which aim to hide how fat they have became.

So my new diet idea is this "would I eat that if I had to walk around naked?"

If the answer is no then I should not eat it. Starting today I want to see how far I can go with this. I am sorta addicted to sugar, so it will be a bitch, but I will see how it goes.
