Research results on various weight loss programs

I wanted to share this article on the results of various studies done on the many weight loss programs out there.

I found the article to be quite interesting. I found myself gauging my past diets on all these results.
This time I’m kind of making it up as I go along. I feel better and more determined using my own methods for losing weight. In the past, I would have given up by now………I use to tell myself, this is taking too long and just quit.
