Another weight loss book on the market

For just a mere $9.95, there is another weight loss book that just went on the market December 14th. The book is called The Diet Smart Plan and was written by Barry Sanders.

Personally, I don’t have room for another diet book on my shelves. Perhaps this is the one for some people so wanted to share it.

I would love to hear from people that try this plan with succcessful or unsuccessful results.

    Chris,
This program actually works. I didn’t know anything about it until 3 weeks ago and then my brother-in-law shows up at Thanksgiving and he had lost 10 pounds in November.

I haven’t read the book, but the story goes that the author was pissed off since he couldn’t lose weight and started his own diet. Then after he lost weight, then he helped some friends lose weight. When they lost it, friends of theirs wanted to know the secret, so he wrote the book.

I started last week and it isn’t hard at all. I even ordered the book on borders.com to make sure I am doing it right. I keep getting daily emails on tips and tricks, so I think I have it under control. I am not a success story, but check back in a couple of months. I will also let my brother-in-law know you are looking for success stories, he is part of an MSN group.

Thanks for sharing…I’ll looking forward to hearing from you again. The article I read must of had the publication date wrong if your brother in law started it three weeks ago. I hope he has time to let me know how it continues to work for him. Succcess stories keep my morale up.

    Chris,
TDSP is working great for me. It is true about what they have said about it, the whole thing doesnt feel like a diet. So far I have been on it 7 weeks Monday, 14 pounds, at that is with Thanksgiving and two Christmas parties.

About the publication date. The “Plan” has been out for about six months, mainly through word of mouth. It works, so friends told friends about it and it spread that way. I got copies of emails from the guy who came up with the idea and wrote the book. When I was wondering how my coworker Rhys had lost thirty pounds (and all he did was eat all day), he sent me the emails and I started that way, Now there is the book and I hear it is much better than what I have. I have asked others to let you know more about it.

That’s really great Robert. Are you exercising as well? Eat all day and still lose weight?….that is a dieter’s dream. I hope you will keep in touch and continue to share with us. Thanks!!

No, TDSP doesnt require to exercise to start. I wouldn’t say that eating all day is a dieters dream either. yesterday I had oatmeal, an apple, grilled cheese sandwich, pringles (twice), a hotdog, tacos, black beans, rice, and popcorn. Oh, I also had a beer. I know I am losing weight, but I wouldn’t call this a dream, it is pretty easy.

That is quite impressive Robert. I love all those items (except beer). I’m just about convinced to give this one a try.
