Weigh in day--another loss
I weighed myself before I went to the gym this morning...lost 3 more pounds....this was a two week period. I'm happy but sure wish it was coming off faster. I know I need to snack on healthier food at night....that is my worst downfall. At least tonight, I ate fresh strawberries.
I went to the gym again today. My knees were bothering me so it took me 2 hours and 20 minutes to reach 900 calories on the treadmill. The rest of the machines I worked on to reach my 1550 calorie goal took me longer too. My workout took me a little over 4 hours to complete. I drank 3 bottles of propel water while working out. That water is sure refreshing.
