The Gym
I started the day with a hot cup of green tea and then off to the gym. I just got home. I burned off 625 calories. That took about an hour and 40 minutes. I used the following machines:
- rowing machine
- treadmill
- nustep machine (uses arms and legs)
- sci-fit (uses arms only)
It's about lunch time so I am going to fix myself some spinach and broccili. There are only 30 calories in a cup of each. 60 calories for lunch...not bad!!
