5 Fillings foods----Can help weight loss
I'm starting my day off with a cup of hot tea and a piece of watermelon. I just threw away my chocolate covered graham cracker cookies. They are my worst enemy. I've always loved cookies and milk in the middle of the night. I had two at 5 am and went back to bed....then I was mad at myself for eating them.
According to Dr. Dave Hnida, it takes longer for warm food to digest. His article also mentioned 5 foods that take longer to digest, which in turn will help weight loss. They are:
- Baked Potatoes
- Beans
- Oatmeal
- Fish
- Grapes
I'm off to the store to buy some grapes and some more watermelon. Time is going by so fast..it is almost time to weigh in again. (Week 2)

His other stuff makes sense, but I am not so sure about chocolate milk mom...as a weight loss food? It's uber sugar there. and the problem with drinks is they are so easy to gulp down really fast.
I bought two half gallons of low fat chocolate milk today. I be drinking it in moderation. It's easier for me to change my eating habits than to give up my diet coke.
