I dont't knwo if you have ever been evaluated to see if you have sleep apnea, but you should definatly do it. I wokr in a sleep clinic, and see patient like you every day. It is so much harder to lose weight with untreated sleep apnea. Its like an uphill battle. Do you snore?

My biggest leep related problem is that it is hard for me to keep my day straigh. Like I am on a rotating 26 hour day. Up 18 down 8 etc.
