Weight Loss Day Two: Breakfast + Exercise

Cereal again. Refreshing to wake up early, but 4 am was a bit early. Ate cereal again. Lots of Powerbars (Peanut Butter flavored) throughout the day. Went to park again but I only shot around playing basketball for about an hour. Need to exercise more than that if I want to lose weight.
